The breakfast buffet had tons of options, and the kids loved the pancakes. Plus, the hotel is super close to Millennium Hall for shopping and catching a movie. Perfect location!

In my kids' opinion, the game room could use more toys.

What they got right and wrong

Spacious and quiet rooms create a peaceful retreat! A delicious breakfast with fried eggs and good coffee is a highlight.

Slow front desk assistance during issues was frustrating. Communication barriers with non-English speaking staff hindered the dining experience.

This location was best possible and prime, so close to big shopping mall with easy access to restaurants, restaurants and shops and shops and nice cafes: D

Staff was very kind and english speaking, room comfortable and spacious, WiFi connection perfect, and the breakfast in the morning was just enought for any appetite and taste! I reccomen this place for everyone)

Very clean, brand new hotel. Proximity of shopping mall and cinema.

The comfortable Queen Room and friendly front desk staff made our short stay enjoyable. Plus, the free parking was a bonus for our late arrival.

We stayed here for 5 nights, the hotel was modern, had perfect location in city centre. The breakfast was very very good with which are very good and a meal freshly made, for instance and extremely friendly and excellent staff. Location: the property was close to big shopping mall, the restaurant and reception and shops and nice cafes...

The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, the crew is truly committed to building a positive image of of the hotel. Congratulations.

While staying at this hotel, the temperature outside was -15 degrees Celsius. Air conditioning in the room (with incomprehensible control panel) resulted in a decrease to the level of humidity below 15% (comfortable value for humans is 60 - 70%). This is it entirely unacceptable for this class of hotel! Required - improving air quality, or purchase humidifiers (preferably evaporation type of job) to the rooms.

Good access to local restaurants made it easy to grab a bite without a long trek. Parking situation was decent, with free spots available but can fill up quickly during peak hours. The breakfast spread included tasty options like pancakes and fried eggs, conveniently offered in a spacious area that catered well to guests' needs.

Room temperature control was really frustrating. The air conditioning seemed stuck at 19 degrees, but the chill in the room felt more like 10 degrees. After a few hours of shivering, I realized I had to put on a sweater just to avoid freezing. Also had a hard time reaching reception when I needed help. Waited over an hour before someone finally picked up the phone. The bathroom design, the bathtub curtain led to water spilling all over the floor, turning the bathroom into a slip hazard.

The free parking was clutch, and breakfast served real fruit which hit the spot. Plus, the restaurant on the first floor had a chill vibe.

I enjoyed the spacious Twin Room, free parking, the convenience of being connected to a mall, and the cozy restaurant vibe. Plus, the clean facilities really stood out .

The hotel is right next to a big mall. We loved visiting the movie theater and dining at some great spots inside Millennium Hall. The hotel gym was a nice surprise, too!

One downside was needing a key card to go down from our floor, a bit inconvenient, especially if it stopped working.

The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere, with beautifully decorated common areas. The accessibility features were helpful.

Free parking was a nice perk.
